Returns & Exchange

Our return policy is 10 working days upon receipt.
An exchange will only be made for items that are defective/faulty due to manufacturing defect, shipped in the wrong size or colour, or if an incorrect item was sent to you.

Kindly contact us at hello@theelliebox.com with your name, shipping address, phone number, order number, item name(s) and the reason(s) for return or exchange.
- Item must be returned within 10 days of receipt
- Item must be unused and unwashed with tag intact and in their original packaging
- Item must be purchased directly from us

We retain the right to decline any return(s) that are deemed unwarranted.


REFUNDS (in terms of store credit)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued.

STORE CREDIT

- Store credit is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash
- Any purchase amount that exceeds the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due
- Store credit is provided in SGD


SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item back to us, please use a registered or trackable shipping service.
