WHAT IS THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

The Ellie Box sends monthly boxes of all natural, toxin-free and enriching products to mamas. We have tailored every bundle of joy specifically to the needs of your baby.

The retail price of the items is worth at least 30% more than the price of the subscription.

As a new startup, we want to focus on building the business step by step hence we only cater for babies up to 24 months at this moment. 

DO YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW?

No, all our subscriptions do not automatically renew. If you like our box (thank you!), you will have to subscribe again after your subscription period ends.  

I REALLY LIKED A PRODUCT IN MY BOX! HOW DO I ORDER MORE OF IT?

If you like a product in your box and can't find it for repurchase on our website or our partners' website, please drop us a mail at hello@theelliebox.com.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

It's easy—and only takes a few minutes! Find step-by-step details on the "How It Works" page. You can choose between month-to-month, 3 month prepay or 6 month prepay. 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

The Ellie Box currently only ship to Singapore. If you are from overseas and interested in ordering, please drop us at email at hello@theelliebox.com.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX AFTER I ORDER IT?

We ship boxes once per month between 25th-30th. If you order before 10th of the month, it will be shipped with that month’s boxes. If you order after the 10th, it will be shipped between 25th-30th of the following month.

I ORDERED A GIFT, WHEN WILL IT BE DELIVERED?

All gifts will be delivered within 3-5 working days. For any changes to the delivery date, please drop us an email.

DO I GET TO CHOOSE WHAT IS IN MY BOX?

The Ellie Box is all about delightful discovery and tailored convenience! Your box will be filled with beautiful clothing(s) & products that are sized & relevant to your baby's first 2 years. 

HOW DO I GIFT THE ELLIE BOX?

Simply let us know that it is meant for a gift. Feel free to write your message and we will make sure we include a small card with your note in the box. It's that simple and makes for a great surprise! Happy gifting!

WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE THE SAME ITEM?

Take a photo of the 2 same items and email us. We will be happy to have it exchanged for something else.

CAN I EXCHANGE THE ITEM IN THE BOX?

Unless you already have the same item, the items in the box are not exchangeable.
